carved new seal today didnt go that smoothly initial idea was to carve on the yellowish marble but to no success after 3 hrs with all kinds of problems like over cut derailing sand fragments cracking and all sorts lah in the end i used the more expensive blank i bought from bras basah the quality was way better thou smaller in size carved my name in Kufic Arab calligraphy as you guys can see bold verticals seem to be my niche haha here

ok yesterday went to KK visit my cousin cute as ever here he is munching on a sausage haha

my day been real sucky. since yesterday.

ok steam boat was nice, vadai, jemput2, kueh and all... great movies on tv... but this one thing has been troubling me for ages now. see, im the eldest cousin. me 18 next closest age is 14 then 12, 9, 5, 3, 1, 1.... see my problem?? i have another problem. im in the lowest hierarchy in the family. im an uncle to nobody yet for now and i have uncles aunts or even the rank of grandparents who are younger than i am. some as young as 5 yrs old... what to call them? hello uncle how do you do your 6th birthday coming in 2 days..... honestly i dont bother addressing their ranks when they are younger than i am by alot. one year may sound little. but if i twist the definition of ONE YEAR, to me its 365 days. and that is just a year. what about 2 years or 3 or 10?? recalling my experience and my other fellow ex classmates of being in sec5. taking O levels together with the sec4 ppl. that 1 year of gap is like the earth and the sky. in any cases where there was a need to mix classes for lessons, often the sec5s and the sec4s wouldnt understand comprehend what each other was trying to convey. the communication was like between a hen and a duck... all i wana say is, SIANZ you know that?

J2s were like wondering who this guy is. never seen him before..... lecturers who can recall me. waaaa. one math lecturer 'eh, someone looks familiar'... how did he remember me?? or worse still my name??? when i don remember him teaching me. or better still i never did take maths during that few months.. took H2 econs, geog, lit and H1 physics.... no maths leh... anyway didnt see my civics tutor anywhere just now. my lit tcher dont seem to remember me. oh well... cikgu Ali's reaction was the cutest. reached home near 6. thats when i got an email. russman will be at jaben at 7 or 8. so rushed down. rasul tagged along. reached there 8.30... rasul tried all sorts of phones while waiting. russman came at 9... k good. got my money and off we go... to funan...

way back... not knowing how by bus or train.. went to try bus.. had to walk.. bus stop. wait wait wait. bloody bus didnt come.. decide to take train. saw the bus coming then. i just continue walking. rasul wana chase. i shout no need.. we have to stand. go take train.

train... went to marina and then back... reach home at 11.30... hungry...
